A few guys and girls taking a relaxing seat in the middle row to give you the average persons prespective on movies, music and the media mysteries.

Your Hosts in Crime..

Everyone here at The Middle Row is passionate about the media and all its intricacies. We have our love for all types of music and film from your 3rd rate comedies to your rap stars Jr Rule and Jay. We have it all. We also focus on other media hype and strangeness including your strange UFO sightings and odd mystery that pops up now and then. We critique Myspace artists and major comic releases. We touch base on games and gear we get our hands on. We even love a good TV show now and again. If it catches our attention we have something to say about it.

Jose Manley: Host/Producer/Web Designer

Jose enjoys all types of movies and has been a staunch critic of the movie industry for a number of years. He always believed that a theater experience should be fulfilling, not a drag on your psyche. His collection of DVD’s number in the thousands and he has watched every one of them, which makes for a great and true movie critic. He is also an avid follower of conspiracies and UFO information.

Zeb ‘D’ Essence: Host/Sound Editor

A musician and producer for many years, Zeb uses his skills to create the uniqueness of The Middle Row Podcast. As an independent music producer, and engineer Zeb’s knack for sound is brought into a style of podcasting equal to that of radio program; sort of talk radio with a music within the background. He works hard to bring the podcast to the masses and works bring the best possible podcast to your ears.

Sir Rich: Host/Assistant Sound Editor

Sir Rich brings his experience of creating music to the show with his own personal style unique to Washington D.C. He helps with editing, creating and/or supplying background music for The Middle Row, and is co host of the G.P.M Radio Show. He brings his personal experience to the the podcast with his unique opinion about the latest music and it’s tenuous industry.

Carl Culver: Host/D.C. Correspondent

Carl hits the metropolitan area catching every movie that shows in the cinema houses. His love for the art of film and story telling is heard when discussing his views of what’s currently out, how it impacts him, as well as how it may impact others. He also slinks though the local clubs (and often gets kicked out of them), eateries and restaurants like a spy to give his honest reviews of the venue.

Ms. Go: Host

Ms Go is the creator of ‘DCGirl@TheMovies’ blog site. There, she hits with hard commentary and honest blunt opinions of what’s out in the theaters. She joins the team of The Middle Row and gives her voice as a true lover of film. She does not back down from a bad movie and will tell it as it is. You want a streetwise opinion about a film or current event then give a listen to her latest podcast and leave fulfilled.

Teresa Coleman: Executive Administrator /Advertising Coordinator

Teresa is the machine behind the scenes. She conducts all administrative and coordinating functionalities. She assists in setting up meetings, schedules, and handles the advertising accounts and does small marketing for The Middle Row. (whenever that comes up) Support roles often include video, interview and on-location shoots for TMR-TV.

Mark Nebel: Host/Geek/Gamer

Mark brings you his insights on the games and videos of the Otaku culture. Always on edge and ready to bite of the head of any MMORPGer that gets in his way. He takes no crap from his games or the people that play them. Mark also brags about being a Star Wars fanatic and hopes one day the Star Wars Galaxies MMO lives up to his expectations. (It will be a long wait Mark.)


Write for Us

The Middle Row is always on the lookout for anyone who has an honest opinion and interest in music, movies, tech and mystery and would like to become a regular contributer to the blog. If your the type that loves to write, share information with others and have a thing for our topic, then you might be for us. No writing experience is necessary, just a desire to get that information out.

We are looking for writers on the subjects of gaming, anime and music but we are not picky. Bring it on! We concentrate on reviewing related subjects but are not constrained by that, if you have a subject to discuss related to media entertainment that shouldnt be a problem. Just take a look at the site and you can get an idea about our subjects of interests.

We will accept ‘one time’ reviewers and part-time writers/reporters for the site.

New contributors will be given a trial period during which TMR editors will moderate at least 4 posts for general content and quailty until they are accepted for full time writer status.
